 gday everyone, just wondering what the most recent FCBD promo card wasfor 2007? hope someone can help, maybe have a spare?? |

Hi,
I know the comic books are given away (usually) at your local comic shop. This year is on 5/3/2008. I didn't know there is a Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) promo card. Did they have this in the past ? Have I been missing it all along ? |

Inkworks had put out a few cards in the past for Free Comic Book Day. From my feeble memory, I remember one was of Catwoman, I think another just said Free Comic Book Day, and then there was the year that Inkworks had done one for comic book figures, just cannot remember off the top of my head.
I am sure if you do a search on CT you will find it, plus I am sure they are in NSU's price guide. I do not beleive there was one for 2007. Free Comic Book Day hits this year while the Philly Show in Allentown is going on. It will be interesting to see if any of the card companies will do one this time. Mike. |

If memory serves me right, and I'm sure someone will be along very soon to correct me, Inkworks has done 4 FCBD cards (I think for the last 4 years).
1 - Generic card with the Free Comic Book Day logo 2 - Catwoman movie 3 - Family Guy 4 - Naruto -Bob- ____________________ Reasonable doubt for reasonable people! |

Thats a good point Mike.... Hope Inkworks will continue to do these FCBD promos. So far they have done a generic FCBD, Catwoman, Family Guy, and Naruto Secret Weapons. Anyone looking for them? LMK I have spares to trade  |

Wasn't one of the 7 Justice League promos for FCBD or was it in conjunction with another promotion?

As of right now I have not heard of, nor have I received any promo cards for FCBD. The majority of my books and other items arrived this week but some are shipping next week as well, so, there is always a chance someone might surprise us!

I asked @ my shop and he said there weren't any card this year or at least he never got them... ____________________ Non-Sport Wax Pack Junkie... |

It would have been so cool to have a WitchBlade promo card to go with the comic book I got for FCBD.

Got a lot of comics as well but no special card. The one comic book store I go to that usually gets the free card was giving away common Marvel game cards. Better then nothing.
