Something along the lines of a way to do buying requests that can go only to the dealers that are on these forums?

As of late, my net service has gotten really bad and its a pain to go from site to site checking.

I'd suggest setting up all of your chosen dealers in your e-mail address book. Then you could send your requests to yourself and blind carbon copy all of the dealers. Once the dealers are set up in your address book, you're all set.
